I love working with these caps on small ferments they work great. They create a tight seal and can easily be taken apart to clean. I just bought another pack.

Best thing ever!
Where have these been all of my life! Been canning for 30 years and never fermented my own pickles and decided to give it a try. First attempt failed and then I found these, success! No guess work with is the lid too tight to let out air or is the lid too loose to let in too much air. These bubble like wine making. Awesome!
