3ree (A Means To Be)

As the third single from Attica Blues' debut, 3REE (A MEANS TO BE) doesn't quite hit the highs of BLUEPRINT or TENDER, though it offers a nice bit of darkly upbeat jazz. As One ups the breaks and adds an electro melody before the more mysterious overtones drift in. Showbiz goes for a more straightforward mix of beats and vocals, but the Anti Pop Consortium layer their own vocals over their "What Boundaries? Remix." A mixed bag overall.
