An essential read
I bought this book when it was first published as part of a Kickstarter campaign, and I'm so happy to see it get a wider release (with extra content). It's autobiographical, and while the author says "this isn't a self-help book" it definitely *does* help. It's an honest description of what it's like to live with anxiety and depression. If you live with these conditions you'll find a lot in here. You'll find you're not alone, that someone else understands what you're going through. If you love and care for someone with these conditions, this book might just help you understand what they're going through that little bit better. So, this book is pretty much for everyone, and I could not recommend it more highly.

Utterly wonderful and sensitively created (true apart from the giant dog) story about mental health
I've followed Rachel's online comics for a while but now loving her print versions - this and Quarantine Comix. So many people write so badly about mental health - by badly I mean, unhelpfully or misleadingly. This comic is so honest and yet gentle, created with real care for readers who might be going through similar experiences.Plus Barky is oddly cute. I know he's bad but he's also adorable?
