This is the best way to get the correct info. It was a while ago so I can't find the email now, sorry, but I can confirm the sodium and nitrate levels while not the highest I've seen were still too high for me to drink this water. There is a reason they blur the ingredients list in the images! This is just bog standard mineral water, you are just paying for the mostly cardboard over plastic. As for the suspicious person below saying it is the purest water they ever drank, clearly can't read a lable, and I also have a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell them."}}]}]}
