We live out in the country and have well water which tastes good to begin with. We installed an iSpring 6-stage filter system for our drinking water in the house.Since the filter system is installed in the crawl space under the house where all the other utilities are located, it falls to me to change the filters because my husband has claustrophobia about going into the crawl space.iSpring has videos about how to change and replace the filters which I did watch. I was easily able to change the first three filters because they are in a container that is simply unscrewed, take out the old cylindrical filter, put the new one in, and re-screw the bottom of the container to the cover. However, I had difficulty removing the quick connection devices used on the remaining stages. I think I must have cracked two trying to get them off the old filters and trying to insert them into the new filters. They were dripping.I called the iSpring customer service phone number and left a message about the problems I was having.Michele called me back. She was very helpful in providing instruction about how the quick connect devices work which was not apparent in the filter change video I watched. She also told me there was a video specifically about how the quick connect devices work which I was not previously aware of. In addition, Michele very kindly offered to send me iSpring replacements for the parts that weren’t working correctly after I made the filter change at no charge.When people come over to our house, there are frequently comments about the great tasting water from our special little iSpring filter faucet. I appreciate the high quality iSpring filter system, the excellent quality water that tastes delicious, the outstanding iSpring customer service, and the really nice iSpring customer service people like Michele.

iSpring delivers incredibly-tasting water with its reverse osmosis systems. My experience with iSpring RO systems (I've also bought additional ones for loved ones living elsewhere) over multiple years is that I look forward to drinking the water it filters over other beverages. Moreover, when I've ever needed help from their customer service department, they generously and quickly help. In my recent order for replacement filters, I realized I had misplaced the particular wrench needed to install some of them. iSpring sent me another without any additional charge. This is the way to run a company!

The iSpring F5-75 Reverse Osmosis Replacement Water Filter Pack Set for 5-Stage System delivered as promised. The replacement filters and membrane were easy to install, and to date ... all is operating flawlessly. The water tastes great. We did have one issue ... the 5th stage polishing filter had a defective quick connect. Customer-Service-Guy Nick got right on it and in just a couple of days we received two replacements. Great company ... great people ... great products

Had quite a bit of trouble getting the cap off one of the component containers. A neighbor with a couple of big pipe wrenches finally got it off. Other than that, no issues. Water tastes good, and I can use it in my coffee maker, iron, and CPAP machine without getting ANY mineral buildup.

I've never changed my filters on my reverse Osmosis system on my own, my water service company has taken care of this previously. However, after receiving some very high quotes for service calls, I figured I would give it a try. I'm so glad that I did, it was not difficult at all, and my water has never been cleaner. The price for these filters is very reasonable compared to what I would have been charged by my local water service. I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging and quality of the filters for the price. It's been about a month since installation, and my water is still testing pure. Customer service was also excellent. I needed some adaptors that were larger than the ones that were included, and Sean from iSping support sent them out immediately. I'm very pleased, and will now just put these filters on auto replenish every 6 months.

I have been using the under the sink 6 stage reverse osmosis system for about 7 years and have been totally satisfied with my water quality. This year I hired a guy to help me change all the filters as it was difficult for me to get under the sink. The first thing he did was to disconnect all the tubing. We were lost trying to get it all back together. Nick was a tremendous help in sending a couple of replacement fittings that were needed. I have done business with hundreds of companies thru the years and never had better customer service than from ispring. Nick this time was a huge help and I can not recommend this company highly enough. I would bet I have "sold" 10 or f these units to family and friends thru the years.

A fan of iSpring when ordered the filter replacements when had issue installing the last filter. Nick, the customer support, immediately identified the problem, explained in detail that we had ordered the wrong model. He processed sending a correct filter, free of charge, right away. Estos filtros universales son compatibles con prácticamente cualquier sistema de ósmosis inversa. Algunos como los de Rotoplás necesitan también la membrana de ósmosis y el fiiltro para refrigerador, pero para los mantenimientos de cada 6 meses cumple perfectamente el propósito. El precio es muy competitivo contra los de otras marcas.
