Very good product, I've been using since a year and half the battery life is excellent and honestly it has given me power back up of more 6hrs multiple times......!

> the product was heating from the first day> the battery pack lasted about 1.5year when I try to replace, their service person said they need service charge for battery replacement.> I replace battery and the next month the charging and switching part of the board become complaint. Now it is complete useless and I lost the money and product.I have other company ups purchased on same month and it is still providing 8hrs backup.Vguard should fix the ic heating issue and improve stability and life.

Writing this review after 1 year and 5 months of usage. It used to give 2 hours of back on initial days. Now it's giving only 30 minutes of backup. I bought this product by trusting the brand "V-Guard," but it's spoiled all expectations.

Good for wifi router backup. Now days power cuts frequently and this product giving 3hours backup and no issues observed as of now.

This product is defective, it doesn't work. I submitted complaint on Vguard customer care and they said they don't provide doorstep service and there are very limited service center which are very far. There is no return policy buy carefully, if it will be defective you will end up struggling. There are many unknown brands available, i bought vguard to ensure warranty and all will be well supported.

Review after 1 year:Product worked well for at least 6 months, later it lost all its power backup limit till 12 month and after 12 month its useless, warranty has been provided considering its life expectancy i would say just one year
