So i wanted something to tell me if the door is opened while at work or out. Also as i have a dark hallway wanted something to turn on my smart bulbs. As you can see by my photo, I had to install it the other way around as my door frame is skinny. I set this up via smart life app and also is picked up by my 2 echo`s. I have done a action that when the door is shown as open to turn on the lights in half way for 1 min. It works to a point, the door has to be open for 10 secs at lease for the action to run. Be warned, used 5% of battery so far since i brought it and is only in use twice a day, going to work and back from work, so battery will need to be changed i guess every 3 months or so

Forget it, they do not work
Simply never had any problems with phone/Alexa devices but these do NOT do the do they do not work All I have done is make the supplier richer and myself poorer and the rubbish bin fuller UPDATE total waste of money only worked twice and just changed the batteries maybe they were the problem and the clips holding the + & - lose so lose the just broke off now of no use at all. Note the one on the laundery room has never worked.

Make sure you allow alerts!!
Easy to set up, stickers are not the best, I can now get alerts when my porch door is opened (Mail, Amazon etc)

It's okay the notifications can be abit delayed..had to take mine apart and use the metal bar inside the single plastic as it was too big for my door frame.

Für den Briefkasten
Da wir immer zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten Post bekommen und wir einen weiteren Weg zum Briefkasten haben ist es praktisch damit sein Briefkasten aus zu rüsten. Wir mussten zwar eine WLan splitter dazwischen machen weil laut Angabe 20 m funktionieren. Aber das ist bei uns nicht der Fall.Wir sind sehr zufrieden, bekommen ziemlich sekunden genau eine Meldung wenn der Briefkasten geöffnet wurde.

Fonctionne très bien
Bon produit, simple d'utilisation et compatible avec mon applicaton Smartlife.NB : comme pour la plupart des produits domotiques ne fonctionne que sur un réseau wifi 2.4GHz (pas compatible 5Ghz)
