NTE Electronics NTE158 Germanium PNP Transistor for Audio Power Amplifier, to-1 Case, 1A Collector Current, 32V Collector-Emitter Voltage

This product is great i've used them before. The only reason I'm leaving this review, is because one I received was just awful. The issue is, that I recently received one that was broken. One of the pins was completely snapped off and impossible to fix. Then the whole transistor itself looked like it had been used before, there was solder all over it and the pins were bent a bit. It did not come in the original packaging. I'm not sure if this is some sort of mistake, but I'd like a refund for this one and possibly a replacement.Will leave 5 stars if I get a replacement. Again it's not the product itself, it's the one I received. Overall they work great!

Worked great in my Fuzz Factory clone project. Now my pedal sounds like the authentic zvex fuzz factory!

I repair old Smiths electronic tachometers from old British sports cars, and need a stock of NTE158s in order to replace broken tranisitors in the tachometers. These NTE158 transistors arrived promptly, and the price was great, so I am happy.
