Q: What ingredients do you add to this mix?

For one cup of mix, you add 12 Oz's of Queso Blanco cheese (shredded or blended), first, & mix together, well. Then add one blended egg & add water, a little at a time, until you can roll up a small ball of dough in your hands. I add a like bit of brown sugar to your taste, if you like it a little bit sweet. I also add butter to taste, depending on if you want them to have a buttery taste. That's it. Very easy recipe to make. Just make sure you hand blend this mix into a good dough, no lumps!!!

Q: Does this come with english instructions because colombiana brand comes with both spanish & english instructions?

No it doesn't. Mine is all Spanish.
