When I received my Foredom Micro motor it would not even turn on! I am must have received a faulty battery pack as even after plugging it in and letting it charge over night I could not get the unit to power up. This was extremely frustrating as I had ordered it right before an event and could not do the work I intended because of a bad unit. I usually like products from foredom but this fell well below my expectations. At least the company I ordered it through issued me a very quick refund- for that I am thankful!

This is a great product but given I purchased it on Amazon AU, I expected it to have been converted to a standard 230V 3 pin type I plug. Instead it came with a Type A/B plug. I now need to buy a plug adapter before using.
