Yet Another Poor Review. Boo!
Alas, I purchased this cover for my aging iPad 2. Who still owns an iPad 2? We do, along with four other iPads. They are pretty useful, however; this cover lasted about as long as my iPhone 8 did when it was chucked across the room during our toddler's tantrum. In other words, the cover did not hold up after 3 months of careful (toddler-free) usage. The corners have chipped and broken off in some places. The pleather is peeling and looks like the CDC should swab it for communicable diseases, but no, it's just the cheap materials. I really wanted to love both the price tag and the product, but now I am on Amazon hunting for a replacement. You get what you pay for- a regrettably cheap product with no high-five or pat on the back for a bargain.

Cheap and flimsy
I don't have a picture of this product , because to tell the truth m I got so disgusted with it that I threw it out ! I've had these cover / stands before and they were great , and durable , but not this particular one , the glue on the pleather ( not leather ) cover started coming loose during the first week , then the stand part was so feeble that it wouldn't even keep the iPad upright and kept collapsing ! Want to talk about angry ! I was , what a waste of good money ! I'll never order another from this seller !

Does what I wanted.
I wanted a case that would help protect an older ipad I had. I wanted something that would stand the screen up on it's own in either direction- horizontal or vertical. I wanted something that would keep the ipad protected from casual bumps and drops. This seems to do just fine.It doesn't cover the holes for charging, speakers, cameras etc. I have had no problems using the wires I have for the ipad to charge it or listen to headphones. It does the job and does it well.

Looks good, unfortunately does not hold up.
Its a decent looking I-pad cover, unfortunately the plastic rings used as part of the swivel mechanism come apart rather easily after only the first day. It's still usable; you just have to keep snapping them back together. Can't really recommend it, and would not buy it again.I did not return it just because i didn't want to go through the hassle since it is usable, though annoying to have to snap it together once in a while.

I am not really sure why so I lost like 6 or 7 dollars
Was not the right size for my iPad (this could have been my fault although I thought I had the right one). When I went to return it, I only got a fraction of the cost. I am not really sure why so I lost like 6 or 7 dollars. I sent it back anyway since I have no use whatsoever for it. The quality was ok, but I would not order it again unless the price was cheaper. Had it fit, I would have kept it and been fine. Didn't love or hate it, just needed to replace my cover which is old and ripped from use.

Didn't Last 1 Year
From the beginning, I noticed it was not sturdy, i.e., it sagged in the middle when it wasn't on a solid surface. Within a couple of months, the edges began peeling off. By the end of August, it was falling apart. I replaced it with a sturdier model (different brand) that I've had in the past,. Although the upfront cost on the sturdier model was significantly higher, it lasted several years. I was trying to save some money, but in the end, the "cheaper" model averaged out to cost more per days-of-use-received.

Cheaply made, falling apart
This case looks nice when you first get it; however, after a very short amount of time, the case begins to fall apart. The trim around the edge of the ipad peels off with only a little use. Once the trim is gone, the leather (not really leather) begins to peel away from the plastic of the ipad holder. I've tried two of these (thinking the first was defective) and both had the exact same problem. Avoid this brand and try a different model.

but I like them for their ability to place the iPad horizontally ...
I bought one of these cases when I bought my first iPad about 6 years ago, and keep on using the same ones. I have to replace them every couple of years because they get beat up and start losing their hold on the pad, but I like them for their ability to place the iPad horizontally or vertically. They do their job well, and I have zero complaints.
