This cup is NOT NEW as advertised. It has a missing chunk out of two places on the lid, the lid itself is scuffed up and splotchy from water/liquid, the cup itself has a dent and scraped-off paint on the bottom, it has several scratches/scuffs all around the sides, it was missing the RTIC Sticker that SHOULD be on a NEW product, the plastic wrap that the cup was slid down into was torn, and the box itself had a greasy stain on it. SERIOUSLY????? I bought this intending for it to be a gift. There is NO WAY in hell that it is NEW, and NO WAY in hell that I would give it as a gift, let alone keep it for myself. RETURNING ASAP. Just terrible. Very Dissatisfied. Buyer beware.

First off, the tumbler itself is great. Kept my iced coffee cold and icy all morning (only tested about four hours, so no idea if it'll do well over longer periods). The lid didn't spill or leak when I shook it and turned it upside down. No condensation formed on the outside of the tumbler, and the grip is great. But the snap top... who actually designed this thing? It stays at a 90 degree angle after being opened. I have to tip this cup almost upside down to be able to drink from it while my nose is attached, and unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to detach either my nose or the snap top. I know I could just remove the lid to drink from the tumbler, but that defeats the insulation. I could not use this while driving. I can't even really use it while sitting at my desk. Stupid, inconvenient design. I will use it till it breaks, and then replace it with something less ridiculous,

I have been looking for something I could use to keep my water cold throughout the day and I knew everyone had the YETI, which I heard works well. I was searching the Amazon and came across the RTIC Tumbler, which was half of the price of a YETI. I purchase this and when it arrived I immediately washed it and tried it out. I put ice and water in the tumbler and drank it throughout the day. After refilling with only more water at the end of the day I still had a good amount of ice left. This is what I was looking for and it does the job perfectly. My next experiment will be using it for coffee to see how long it will stay hot!Update: I have been using this for a while. I have done a test to with ice to see what works better between my sister Yeti, my RTIC and my co-workers Ozark. I put one cup of ice and one cup of room temperature water. After one day, the RTIC and Yeti had about the same amount of ice, which wasn't a lot. The Ozark did not have any ice left. This RTIC is right on par with the YETI and you cannot beat the price.[...]

I purchased 2 30 oz. Tumblers to replace 2 Yeti's that were not keeping ice any longer. Our yeti's in Prime condition would keep ice 24 plus hrs. in 100 plus degrees even after being Left over night in Garage after a full day of golf in the Phoenix Valley heat. Yeti's kept ice until we got lazy (3 years) and washed in dishwasher... Our fault. To save a few $$ we tried the Artic yesterday in a high of upper 90's. Ice was melting before the front 9 were done. Added ice at turn by the time we got home the ice was non existent... May be a good product for a cooler state but not here in AZ. I will go back to the Yeti and Hand wash only.... Lesson learned.

Arrived in perfect new shape. No inside rust, no rings from condensation when filled with cold tea with ice on coffee table. Nothing i seen bad review related just a great cup for the price is what i got. Only thing ill say negative is the lids flip top should flip all the way back as halfway doesnt cut it. But besides that one flaw the flip top hitting your nose well its a highly recommended buy and compared to its competitors price for same cup ill buy this one again.Edit* well knocking stars off as the lids not worth 30 cents. Dropped once lids broken and steel scratches and dents easily wont buy rtic again. 2 cups, 2 lids broken in 2ft drops

There has been a good bit of hype about YETI cups with friends of mine lately, so I looked around did some digging and decided to get the RYIC tumbler for fun to see if it was as good as a YETI. They claim a wild 24hrs ice retention and such so I figured I'd wash it and test it. I filled it with ice and put the lid on, set it on the table and started the clock. I expected 6-12hrs till only water remained. Because let's face it they always lie or use obscure lab results to prove a point. Wow was I wrong! It sat motionless in a constant 72 degree room for 2 days and ice remained! Needless to say I'm a little impressed.

I am truly impressed! I am someone who likes my drinks as cold as they come - write before the freezing point if possible! I have searched high and low for anything to keep my drinks cold BUT I am NOT a wealthy person. Of course, I heard all about the Yeti, but dropping that kind of money on a drink cup just wasn't in my budget. Then I stumbled upon a review of Yeti wanna-be's! It was an outstanding review that must have taken an amazing amount of time and research. I read the very lengthy report thoroughly, did all the price comparisons, and then decided this was the best one to try. I'm so glad I did! It got put to the test on one of the hottest weeks of the year! With temps soaring in the high 90's and humidity way higher, it felt like 110 without a leaf moving for days in a row! I put in some ice and water or a soda and gave it a whirl. I was not disappointed!On the first day, we had to go to (of all things) an outdoor party). I can't drink due to my meds, so I relied heavily on the new cup that I filled with some Ice and 2 sodas to keep me good throughout the day. And it did! Not only that, but It still had ice in it on the way home, ten hours later! I couldn't believe it!That night I added a little ice and filled it with water for the next experiment. This time it lasted 23 hours before the last ice cube disappeared! BUT the water that was left was still extremely cold!!!!I'm sold. My husband is sold. Everyone in my family is sold (along with everyone that was at that party)! It has worked wonderfully since. I love it! So wonderful to have cold drinks in hot weather, not have a cup that ever perspires, and not have to pay over the top fees! Thank you RTIC!!!

Me gustaria ponerle una estrella mas pero la tapita que hace el sello esta mal diseñada y no me refiero a derrames (si sella muy bien). Cuando tienes la tapa y abres la tapita para beber esta te pega en la nariz y es un poquito incomodo beber, siento que ahi debieron hacer que puediera girar un poco más para que no pegara en la cara. Si no fuera por eso tendria 5 estrellas. Debo aclarar que la tapita se queda en su lugar despues de pasar un clic que tiene y eso hace que sea un poco menos incomoda.En cuestion de calidad la verdad que esta muy bien hecho, se siente muy bien en las manos los colores estan muy bonitos, de todos los vasos que he tenido este es el que mas me ha gustado (he de decir que me gusta el blanco), la pintura es gruesa, hasta el momento no he tenido problemas con raspones, pero supongo que si eres descuidado si se rayaraEl frio lo resguarda bien, al igual que el calor... es como cualquier vaso o termo de este tipo. Es facil de lavar, mi mano cabe hasta el fondo sin problemas.Si no te importa lo de la tapita la verdad es que si lo recomiendo, yo lo uso y en cuestion de calidad me encanta.

el producto es genial, con el nuevo diseño de tapa no tira absolutamente nada incluso volteado de cabeza, mantiene el frio y el calor por mas de 5 horas, tube un yeti por mas de 4 años y si mantenia mejor la temperatura pero la tapa tiraba liquido

OverviewI generally use the large insulated tumblers for cold beverages.These are dimensionally identical to a few other insulated tumblers that I have...because the lids are interchangeable. The quality of the steel is good (no signs of oxidation) but the thermal efficiency is not what I expected. Ice melts faster in this compared to others that I own. Muy buen producto, funciona a la perfección para el tema de mantener caliente o frías las bebidas. El único tema es la tapa, ya que la parte móvil no sella de manera adecuada y con movimientos trasladando el vaso de un lugar a otro se sale parte del liquido y escurre los lados y puedes manchar tu ropa.En cuestión del envío todo bien, llego en perfecto estado. Solo que me llego en una bolsa de plástico de Amazon, y para mi gusto debería llegar en caja, ya que podría llegar golpeado el vaso si no se maneja de manera cuidadosa por la paquetería.En general muy buena experiencia de compra.

Este vaso termico es de excelente calidad y mantiene muy bien las bebidas frias o calientes. Llevo usando esta marca por mas de 10 años y he comprado, yo creo, mas de modelos de esta marca ya sea para regalar o para pedidos de parte de mis amigos. Este ultimo lo adquiri porque, accidentalmente, rompi la tapa del termo de mi esposa y quise reivindicarme pero, compre otro de una capacidad mas grande y no cabe en las comparticiones del carro. Lo ofrecimos a unos amigos y se vendio como pan caliente.
