I have been using this pillow for a few days on my office chair and it's great! So comfortable and it really helps my posture. As the work day goes on I tend to slump and then my back hurts. The pillow gently reminds me to sit up straight while providing support for my lower back. I like the mesh cover. It blends right in with my chair. The cover is zippered so I can remove it if necessary to spot clean it. A bonus is the strap that goes around the back of my chair and helps keep the pillow in place. I would recommend this for anyone who wants their office chair to be more comfortable and supportive.

I have to rate this lumbar pillow a 1star unfortunately. It did not even last 2 months! The pillow firmness is great. I had absolute relief for a few days. Then the flimsy, plastic buckle broke on the strap. I then tightened it, tied a knot and used zip ties to hold in place. This bought me a couple of weeks before the strap tore from the pillow. I tried contacting the seller, but no way to contact. A shame because I do actually like the pillow itself. I recommend looking for a pillow with two straps and not a plastic buckle.

While I like the firm memory foam used in this lumbar pillow, the strap provided is totally inadequate to hold the pillow in place. It should have two straps, instead of one, like some of other highly rated lumbar pillows.

The lumbar pillow was not what I expected the strap is not long enough to hook onto a office chair the back of the pillow is not high enough it was a little too firm for me but that wasn't the bigger issue

This back support is great! I am 5 months pregnant and suffer with lower back discomfort and the lumbar support is exactly what I have been looking for! It has helped significantly with pain while sitting and I believe overall as well. The pillow itself is light, portable and easy to move from location to location! I highly recommend!!

This is different than the standard lumbar pillow. It is 2 inches taller and about an inch thicker than the standard size lumbar pillow. Worked for my husband, but not for me.

Strap that wraps around chair broke after a short time. Now unusable.

The strap isn't long enough for any chair I have. It's a small detail, but an important one.
