Embroidery kit
I haven’t embroidered this yet but looking at it very carefully I would say it’s not for absolute beginners. Value for money though

Good starter kit but instructions are wrong
Great in terms of you get what you need other than the hoop. Not so good in terms of explanation of stitches so still needed to look them up. Also where it tells you what stitches to do for what bit, well it's wrong. So you need to use your common sense to figure out what it should be, some don't tell you at all. Sewing the gauze onto the fabric is the trickiest part as it stretches.

Didn't come with all the parts.
The kit came quicker than advertised, however it was not complete. There was suppose to be needles, needle threader and some beads for the eyes, but these were not included. Ok if you have them yourself but as this is advertised as 'for a beginner' they should really be included.

Attractive Bee design
Our kit came with the bee design printed on the fabric - you wash it off afterwards. There is the right amount if embroidery thread provided, a basic guide to the stitches, some gauze for the wings and a needle plus threader. You will need to provide your own embroidery hoop.Not sure if this is right for beginners though as the stitches and detail are quite complicated and the gauze wings are not at all easy to attach!

Lovely little kit - buts not straightforward.
I haven’t done any embroidery for years but thought I would have a go at this lovely little bee. First of all the instructions are inaccurate and not straightforward. I have a basic knowledge of embroidery so was able to figure it out but I am not sure that a beginner would find this easy.There was not a needle included in my little kit so I am not sure if that is a error or a misprint on the instructions- no big deal as I have plenty but worth bearing in mind that you may need to get a embroidery needle to complete,this kit.
