Not anything close to a CPAP
The description states it is an anti snoring CPAP device. Do not let the description fool you. Yes it has two built in fans but the fans don't push enough air to make a piece of paper move let alone create enough air pressure to be called a CPAP device. I found the over all feel of it to be uncomfortable and hard to keep in my nose but since everyone's noses are different and this is a one size kinda device it probably won't fit everyone. If you have sleep apnea, this device is mislabeled as a CPAP device and will not work. If you are looking solely for an anti snore device buy a cheaper one without a fan, I have tried them both and it will work the same.

Didn't fit me.
I read some great reviews about this product before I purchased it. Honestly, it's the only reason I was comfortable trying the product. I was excited to try it. I've been searching for a solution for my snoring. I've had several nasal surgeries and it has gotten pretty bad I must admit.First, it didn't fit in my nose, maybe my nostrils are too close together? I'm not sure. But when I did get it to fit, it was extremely uncomfortable.Full disclosure, I did not wear it to bed so I'm unsure if it would affect snoring or not. Sorry.

Doesnât work at all in any shape or form!
If you use a CPAP you obviously know not to replace it with anything your doctor doesnât approve. There isnât one doctor who would approve this device . Itâs for one not versatile in sizes , it just doesnât work- as in does nothing. I certainly was a sucker thinking this could bring me comfort while I wait for my sleep apnea tests to come back. I didnât think it be a âcureâ or work like magic âŚ. I did think it at least help with breathing a little bit. The reviews that give fixe stars are also not for this device if you read them or are clearly fake . There are devices like this offered on other websites but I wouldnât count on it. If youâre struggling with snoring and donât already have a diagnosis and/or meds / a machine to help you ⌠go see a doctor, nothing online like this , a spray, a âmagicâ pill, a strap, or ridiculous tape to cover your lips will work!! Snoring badly can also lead to major health issues đso take care of yourself. I know itâs likely expensive but , there are programs to help pay medical expensesâŚ. And if you develop major issues youâll end up in an ER & paying a lot more money for that. This thing is a load of ______!

Worked for snoring but uncomfortable
My husband tried this for snoring. It did work, but he couldnât realistically wear this every night to sleep as it was uncomfortable and a bit awkward to have it. Was hoping it would be more feasible to use as it did work!

Garbage, flush $10 down the toilet instead for the same results.
Let's start with the "one size fits none" nose pieces.Comes with one size, slightly tapered, and will inevitably be either too large, or too small. For most average humans it will be too small.Additionally there is no way to angle or reposition the nose pieces. So it's one size, non adjustable, and really doesn't do much of anything. As for the fans....they're weak, incredibly weak. If you wanted to measure it I would say it is similar to a slight breeze passing thru a coffee straw. SO weak in fact you won't actually feel it against your skin. I'd offer a more scientific measurement but I can't get it to read on a flow meter.On/Off switch is placed on the bottom of the unit and is rather awkward to manipulate even when looking at it. Again, there is no noticeable difference in the performance of the device regardless of which position the switch is in.Simply stated, it doesn't work. It won't work. and unless the exponentially increase the power of the fans, it will never work.

Definitely nots, one size fits all
I can tell this device does what it suggests. While wake testing the device, I could feel there was an increased pressure in my nose and sinus. However, the device simply didnât fit my nose. No matter how I worked with the device it would slow fall from my face.In addition, the two nights I was able to sleep test it, the device separated from the silicone nose insert. Iâm still searching for the nose insert following the 2nd attempt.I feel confident that if you had a compatible nostril structure this would be a helpful device.

Creative
I bought this device hoping to end snoring. The first few nights I awoke with more energy than I have in recent nights! Unfortunately, I still have yet to wake up with the device still in my nostrils. I normally wake up looking for it. I still have yet to see the device make it 7 hours and still have a charge in it. I have considered making a strap to keep it from falling out. Maybe I move too much through the night. Still consider it a very innovative device.

I think all these 5 star reviews are delusional or are experiencing a placebo effect.
Amazon did their part beautifully. KudosThe product, on the other hand, is useless. I took it out of the box and it was in working order, but completely ineffective. I charged it, turned it on, and put it near my hand to see if I could feel any air coming through. I felt nothing. I could hear it. I could see the fans that are the size of pencil erasers spinning at a high rate. I put it up to my ear to see if I could feel anything coming out. I felt nothing. I tried multiple times to see if I could experience air coming out of this thing. It's just a noisemaker. It's a good idea. I had high hopes for it, but the functional delivery is incredibly lacking.Don't waste your time.
