Not really all that sturdy to take heavy hits
It’s a pretty cool bar, but I learned really fast that it’s not steady enough to take heavy hits. Knowing this kinda did help me create some delay exercises tho

DON’T buy!!!
This product was very difficult and taxing to fill it’s base with the recommended sand and water. When the items base was finally filled with the suggested products it proved to be faulty. The base provided no support for the bar causing it to lean to one side. This can be shown in the image above. DO NOT BUY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

It was the smile for me!
The product was easy to assemble. Durability is another subject. After assembly, my grandson hit the punching bag and it burst.

If your a beginner or a pro I do not care get this product right now best one to train at home if was really use full for me during the pandemic helped me to stay in shape and stay active, trust me you will not get boated of this product!!!
