Awesome hdcp problem solver! I didn't actually need a splitter, I have an older projector that doesn't work with newer devices because of hdcp. I put this splitter in the middle and can now watch movies using my Blu-ray player, among other things. Works perfectly for this situation. I didn't actually test the splitting functionality, but other people seemed interested in the hdcp problem so hopefully this review is relevant to some.

Sound doesn't come through on one side. Unplugging and plugging that side in then the other side fixed the problem but occasionally the sound stops again forcing you to unplug and replug.

I bought this so that I could send 4K video to my TV and split the other signal off to my home theater preamp. The problem is as soon as I insert this between my TV and my 4K Roku my TV loses 4K and goes back to 1080. I tried switching tables and nothing helps. Not sure why this is listed as a 4K capable device because it will not pass 4K or even 2K!

TV video is OK but there is a constant "buzz"in the audio. Don't know if the problem is with the splitter unit or the HDMI to RCA unit. In any case the audio "buzz" prevents the editing of various video sources.

I've tried other 4K splitters that failed to work when there was a receiver on an 4K output.This is the only one that worked. Good price too, it deserves 5 star.

Device worked perfectly right out of the box. It allowed me to share my cable box with two TVs so I did not have to buy another cable box.

Works fine so far. just wish it came with a short hdmi cable for the main inputs so I wouldn't have to use a 3ft hdmi cable for the main input.Besides that so far so good!

Worked at first and was happy for about 5 min! Then there were pretty consistent interruptions in the picture on both TV's.. super disappointed
