Item looks used and blade was dull
There were scratches on the puncher surface. Looks used. Maybe that explains why i don’t get crisp, clean punchd out results.Update - The seller company has good Customer service. A representative reached out to me to correct the issue. I appreciate how responsive and helpful the representaive was (Tom) in addressing my concern and offered a replacement item.
