I like the idea behind this retreev™ Smart ID Luggage Tag, its sturdy and looks well made. Anything that might help me recover a lost case has got to be good.I now have a couple and they have been on so many flights I've lost count. Very sturdy and easy to identify my bag on the carousel. Lost one tag after a recent flight (although the metal tie is still attached). I contacted Retreev and they are sending me another! Great service and amazingly efficient and would not hesitate to recommend this, bought one for my daughter, who looses everything but at least she'll get it back now :-)

Super happy to receive delivery of these cool Smart ID Tags. Really user friendly for set up with clear instructions. Going to be using them for our trips away and will definitely be ordering more for the kids school bags. What a great idea!

A good idea in theory but our tags were removed from our bags boarding a Royal Caribbean cruise from Civitavecchia in Italy. Same for my wife’s bag, so looks like some cruise ports don’t like them. Never had a problem at other cruise ports.Probably best just putting your details inside your bag.They’re no use to anyone else as they’re registered to me, so we’ve lost the tags.

A tag for your luggage in case it gets lost, you add your details into the retreev website. You are relying on the finder of your lost luggage scanning the QR code on the tag. I was hoping it would be a way to track my luggage in the airport, so probably wont use it

This sounded like a great idea, but when my bags got misplaced, the tag had already broken off and so I had to rely on the ordinary method of bag retrieval. Because of this, I wouldn't buy again, sorry .

Easy to set up and attach, I've got peace of mind for my commute and all my travelling knowing that if I get distracted and leave my bag somewhere, it will make its way back to me.

The retrieve tag was ripped off during airport transfer. I should like a full refund

Looks good - the scrabble design made it the perfect gift for a scrabble loving relative. Great concept.

Hoping this helps keep our checked luggage from getting demolished while travelling.

It is a nice CABIN bag tag, don’t use it on any luggage, as it won’t last much, the way they hand your suitcase on most airlines. It is not a metal tag, so it is not good enough to be hooked on real luggage.

Works as promised

With all the luggage floating around at airports this Christmas, I definitely recommend investing a few dollars in this system. It's cheaper than a GPS-based system, but anyone finding this luggage can scar a QR code to find the owner's name and location. I definitely recommend it.

I chose the flamingo ones, I bought 2. I went on a European cruise with the girls and I liked the fact that these are safe for my luggage and no onlookers can see my personal information. I luckily didn't have to test how they work but I am sure that if someone finds a suitcase, they can read the instructions and contact me. They seem strong and I like how it's a cable that attaches to the suitcase.
