One part missing and inadequate assembly instructions.
The workmate came with one part missing and inadequate assembly instructions so that it got damaged while I was assembling it. I finally got it assembled after buying an extra nut and bolt and I can't be bothered to take it apart again and send it back. The construction is also rather cheap and flimsy.

Instructions a little unclear but made easier being able to refer to the picture of the workbench. Once assembled workbench is sturdy enough for most tasks.
