I have purchase the product once and after the first day usage it stopped working so I returned it back and got immediately a replacement of new product but the same problem happened again in the new product also after that only I find out a small mistake by the manufacturer, they hadn't fix the spring permanently if we miss the spring while changing water the machine won't work, so the simple mistake has to be rectified by the manufacturer apart from that the machine is fine and working good

Very very bad, I have ordered dark brown and they sent light brown. Very important not working at all. All the water spell off. Making the area dirty. . Serious don't take it. . Waste of money, time and energy...101% no this product

The media could not be loaded.  There is small spring in it with the cotton wick… make sure to put it in place else this doesn’t work…

This product did not work for more than a month and there is no detail to connect with seller so that it can be replace and there was only 10 days window for replacement.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to use, just open the top lid, fill with water and essential oil, close it, plug it, and done.One refill can run for whole night. In wooden finish looks very elegant to use.Happy with the purchase!
