Honda Generator Extended Run Gas Cap and Aluminum Oil Change Funnel for EU1000i EU2000i EU3000i

Product arrived as advertised, well packged but not excessively packaged, which I appreciated. I check the cap for fit with 1/4 standard NPT fitting, and it fits perfect. I can't check the oil change funnel till I get to the lake up north in a couple of months, but the manufacturing shows obviously quality. There will be no problem.

Horrible product gasket is garbage. Leaks gas everywhere. Don’t buy it you’ll regret it.

Washer does not hold up to gasoline. After 24 hours of use it was soft and had expanded, started to tear. Thankfully our power was restored relatively quickly after hurricane Irma.Either need to find a gas compatible O-ring, or toss this and modify an OEM Honda gas cap.

Machined metal part A-OK. The thin rubber gasket broke up and is in the fuel screen in the tank. Not fuel resistant. If you buy this, go to McMaster-CARR and order:90133A440 Oil-Resistant Neoprene Rubber Sealing Washer for 1" Screw Size, 0.99" ID, 2" OD, 0.11"- 1 "0.14" Thickness, Packs of 10You'll spend about $10 plus shipping. You get 10 - one to use and 9 to pass along or use for spares. So far so good. You have to work in the replacements using fingernails, (tight fit), but so far they seem to work, making this a usable product.
