Great product and great company
I don't leave reviews often but the bottle holder and company are just great. I have had my original one 10 years and bought another for our new car. Product is built to last and isn't too bulky so I can put it in either cup holder without affecting the shifter. Plus the company has the best customer service. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service when item was found incompatible with car's cup holder (2016 Subaru Forester)
The media could not be loaded. The Bottle Pro did not fit the front seat cup holders in my 2016 Subaru Forester because the base height was not tall enough for my car's deep cup holders. I emailed Mike, the seller, after reading an email he sent me about this item's return policy. Mike got back to me within a day (on Sunday morning) and issued me a refund then and there. I am extremely happy with the customer care I received and will be purchasing the updated version of the Bottle Pro that has an extendable base once it is released (before the end of 2016 I'm told). I encourage everyone who has had issues with the base height give the Bottle Pro another chance and support this family business once the new version is released. In the meantime, I will be using the Smart Kup (hopefully it works). While I was unable to test out the Bottle Pro in my car, I did note that it fit my 32 oz Nalgene and it was packaged very nicely. The plastic is sturdy, but if I could change some things about the Bottle Pro, it would be the following:*Make the “holder” taller so that taller water bottles don’t tip over.*Add a Silicone coaster to the inside of the “holder” – something like the OXO Good Grips Silicone Coasters*On the product page, have a list of cars (including year/model) the Bottle Pro is definitely compatible with (I think most of this will have to be from reviews)*Mention the dimensions (diameter) of each of the base parts and the "top holder" at their widest.P.S. – I am aware this is a PRODUCT review; however, the only seller that ships this product is “BottlePro” and therefore I believe the seller-review side of things is worth considering.YouTube video link showing the issue:[...]Smart KupSmart Kup Car Cup Holder - Fits Hydro Flask and similar (32/40 oz), Nalgene (32oz) and other containers up to 3.9 inches wide.Smart Kup/Bottle Pro side-to-side (not my review, please give credit to original reviewer)https://www.amazon.com/review/R2ELEL8EIT17IS/ref=cm_cr_dp_title?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B018USPD82&channel=detail-glance&nodeID=15684181&store=automotiveOXO Good Grips Silicone CoastersOXO Good Grips Silicone Coasters - 8 PackI was neither asked nor paid to write this review. This works great for my Nissan Murano cupholder, but doesn't fit quite right in a Subaru Forester
I use a 32 ounce metal water bottle daily and commute 90 plus miles in a day. This cup holder works great for my Mazda CX-5. My Nissan Murano fits well too. Our Subaru Forester it doesn't fit quite right. So it depends on your vehicle. Sometimes if I take a corner hard I'll lose the adapter and the water bottle (it goes flying). 95 percent of the time, everything is secure and fine. I have bought this 4 or 5 times now, so I'm a repeat customer. I recommend you try this for your larger HydroFlask or Yeti type of bottles.

LOVE this way too much - car cup holder adapter for BIGGER water bottles
The media could not be loaded. PROS- comes with an extender (pic 2) so you can make it taller if you have deeper cups. In my ford escape 2018 I usedthe middle notch.- It also comes with what looks like a can cozy - I folded this down on itself and then put it on the bottom of the partyou insert into the cup holder so it fit a bit snugger. (pic 4 and 5).- one side is flat - once I figured that out - it made it sit better once I faced that inward (pic 6)- it has a side cutout - so if you have a cup with a handle - it will slide right down into it (brilliant!)- I've used it for months and its never toppled or moved- Video shows me putting it in (this was before I added the cozy and figured out to put the flat side towards me.) You can see the cutout for the cup handle in the video.- extra bonus - holds a cup of ice cream for secure transport back to waiting child at home (pic 9). (did not move or spill)CONS - none so far!My car has small cupholders but I didn't want to let that keep me from using my awesome 32 oz stainless steel bottle. After a little shopping on amazon I came across the BottlePro - Cup Holder Adapter for 32/40 Ounce Hydro Flasks, 32 Ounce Nalgenes, 36 Ounce Yeti Ramblers, etc.My personal bottle is a MANNA bottle that I got at Ross for $11.99 and its awesome, keeps ice for over a day if I forget it on my counter, and I didn't spend $40+ bucks on it! Fits great. Please ignore crumbs. I'm a mom with 2 kids and hadn't gotten a vacuum in awhile :)
