Amazing product and fantastic customer service

We bought this gazebo as at polesworth donkey sanctuary we often have events to raise money to keep the donkeys fed The company sent straight away though TNT and typical TNT lost 2 parts of it.I contacted the seller and my god they were brilliant they kept in touch with me all day and in the end not to let us go without the gazebo they paid for a 3rd party transport company to bring the missing parts to us so we could carry on with our event.I highly recommend this company and the gazebo/ marquee very good solid quality,Polesworth donkey sanctuary

I ordered my 5x10 marquee through Wimba after being recommended to me by a friend.Everything from the shipping to the actual product has been perfect.Delivery was super fast, the marquee is of fantastic quality and super easy to assemble. Would definitely order from them again.

We had this put up by qualified people , it was fine for a while then collapsed as in the picture.This could have been very dangerous. The company has tried to absolve themselves from blame for what is labelled heavy duty and was put up by skilled workers . Beware this is clearly not iot for purpose.

Easy to assemble and a really good sturdy frame with ground bars included. Spares also easily available from Wimba which can vital if it's getting a lot of use. Great delivery turn around.....previous one was ordered in the morning and arrived the same afternoon! So impressed with it I've now ordered a 2nd!

I ordered this for work events and it’s suitable for what we need. I didn’t put it up but it seemed straightforward from what I could see and didn’t take as long as expected. The shorter sides are the entrance/exit so it would be better if the front section could be used as the entrance however you can just put it up without any of the sides.

I couldn’t be anymore happy with it, easy to assemble, great quality.I was amazed how quickly it came, looks great too. Will be ordering again in the future. Thank you 🤩
