I am a pumping mom & I use these flanges daily. I use them in my hands free pump and my manual pump to make them the perfect size. They work well, are comfortable and fit into various pumps. I have washed and sanitized them multiple times and they still look and feel brand new.

good product . fits well on medela and elvie pums 24mm but a bit loose on bella baby wearable pumpbut does the job

Comfortable for use with my Willow Go. Can't even feel them and they definitely increased my output with the pump. Great purchase.

Despite the title saying freemie, I bought the 19mm and the inserts fall right out. The freemie flange is 25mm, due to the loose fit, the suction then reduces and did not empty me plus when removing the freemie cups milk spilled that was caught under the insert.However these do fit my old Medela flanges, my from old Pump in Style. So at least I can use them for my hand pump
