This is a nice tool! I connected the hot gun to one of my existing Makita batteries and turned it on. It got hot in a reasonable time and was ready to use. The glue came out well and didn't sit there and leak out onto the table like the old ones I have. I like that I will be able to take it to wherever I need it and not have to provide household power. It's a great addition to my tool collection and will be my new "Go To" glue gun. :>)

No cords to hook up , portable , just hook up 20v DeWalt battery to it and it's ready to use . Heats up super hot without dripping at the tip. Awesome awesome awesome ! Works 10 times better than a plug in hot glue gun .

Tool works perfect with my Milwaukee M18 Battery. It heats up very quickly and the glue comes out very smooth. Great product!

This fits Dewalt 1.5-5 AH batteries fine, it will not work with Power Stack batteries, something in the batteries sensors I think. It heats up pretty fast, and works as expected, it works better than my plug in the wall glue gun. It does have a tiny on/off switch, and the LED tells you when its heating, and when it ready, so "Nice" It would have saved some time if they had at least sent an impromptu manual with it, would have saved some time and energy figuring it out. My first try was with the power stack battery, and I thought the unit was DOA.

I set tile for a living and a glue gun is essential for holding small tiles while they setup. I used to use a arrow. This gun heats up quicker and the on/off button is smaller and doesn't get bumped off all the time. Fits DeWalt batteries like a glove.

Great hot glue gun. Cordless is awesome.. fast to heat up and good on the juice when there..! Works seamlessly with the red batteries.. if you didn’t know you would think it was the same as battery maker … except they don’t make one..? Thankfully these guys do and here it is..! I use it for PDR glue pulling repairs.. very happy with purchase..!
