Q: is this made of multiple threads twisted together like the embroidery thread you get in a kit, or is it a single thread?

It is made by single thread coated with a layer of metal foil.

Q: Does assortment #1 include white metallic? i can’t tell from the pics and need white asap!

I had to actually go look. I compared the white to the silver. Because it's metallic the sheen makes it look like it is a very pale silver. Once you stitch it out it will look white. Hope that helps!

There are 9 colors, the silver colors are standard 40 weight. But because of the complexities of production progress of metallic embroidery thread, the rest colored threads are between 40 W.T. to 45 W.T.

Q: Any possible solutions can be provided to reduce fraying and looping during embroidery?

Yes, we provide several nets which are really help with looping issues. Please wrap the net outside the spool before starting your embroidery.
