Beautiful, high polished, engraved exactly with what I wanted, scans the song super easily with the spotify app, and came four days early.My husband loved it!

I got the silver one but the problem is they also put the Spotify link in the same color so you can't see it at all. It took a lot of tries to finally get it to scan but it has to be in perfect lighting where there's no glare at all. And when the person is wearing it you cannot see anything on it at all. So it just looks like a silver block. Same with the writing that was engraved on the back. Very disappointed.

Takes some patience and the exact right lighting to scan

the code is unscanable and unreadable unless you’re two inches away with a magnifying glass.decent quality but that’s the only thing this necklace has going for it.

You can hardly see the engraving. It took me 15 minutes just to scan it.

The metal is too shiny. It looks great when wearing it, however, when you open Spotify to scan the code the metal's reflection makes it difficult. It has to be held in JUST the right way and I was never able to get it to scan twice the same way.

It came a bit dirty, and within the first 5 hours of wearing it, the chain broke. I did not pull on it or play with it and it broke. Since I can't return it or get another one back I am writing a review. Also the writing on the Gold necklace (for the scan) is not black as pictured. It is very feint and barley noticeable unless from up close. I do not recommend.
