BobrickSurface-Mounted Soap Dispenser, Vertical Tank Satin-Finish Stainless Steel (40-fl oz Capacity)

I have used a number of them in my office and they are just easy and seem to last. They have a useful life of about 6 years which is pretty good for this sort of thing. Easy to install and easy to fill.

It leaks around the pump. The nut on the inside is not tight on the pump mechanism. I tried to reach in with a long screwdriver to tighten but unsuccessful.

Bobrick products are solid and are for the long term. This is the third soap dispenser I am adding to the bathroom. I also have other Bobrick products that I am very pleased with like paper towel dispenser and the trash can paper towel dispenser combo.The soap dispensers are easy to install all one needs is a screwdriver and a level. If one has a commercial bathroom these are the products to have.

GC installed 2 of these in a new build. One is fine, the other started to drip then began to leak between the pump valve and the stainless tank (which will stain BTW). Rather than mess with a warranty claim, I bought this one from Amazon. Exact same dispenser. It took me a while to get to the building to replace it. The new one never dripped, just started to LEAK when filled with hand soap. Contacted Bobrick and they reluctantly sent me the tool/wrench (4112-41) to tighten the loose nut inside after some back and forth.Save yourself the trouble find another device. 66% failure rate here, not good.

As described. I needed a replacement when the original broke after a few years. It got a lot of traffic though, so I don't feel upset that it didn't last forever and the other ones I still have work fine. This new one seems to work well.

Great product for commercial use. We have used these in multiple projects and havnt had any problems. Durable stainless construction typical of what you would expect from bobricks commercial projects. Pricing on Amazon is as good as any of our contractor account prices.

Leaks everywhere after just one month, seller would not replace as 1 month return window had passed (so prepare to only use this product for 1 month).Bought this to replace an older unit at our site that had been in use for over 2 years. Just a month and 8 days later, it started leaking from the back of the button.Better off getting this from home goods stores for the same price with better policies.

I purchased two of these to replace some older Bobrick dispensers that were installed a few years ago at our city park. The old dispensers leaked soap thru the valve. During baseball season, these dispensers get regular use and so far the new ones have not leaked but there is already a few rust spots on them just after a few months.
