This thermostat works as advertised. Performing as well as the real expensive brands for less than half the price!! Highly recommend!!Update: I got an upgraded router for my house and everything connected to it except this thermostat. I've done everything in the troubleshooting bible to fix it and it will not connect. The router is a dual network router so it should be compatible. Wasted my money. Very disappointing.

This company shouldn't sell products before they decide who they are (two names) and which app belongs to them!The "main" app doesn't let me register and second asking me for my address. Wth??? My DNA is next??Looks like another Chinese company trying to get on US market and have no idea how .

Works very good, never lose connection and is really easy to use and install. The price is very good, the touch is only for the buttons not for the screen. But it is good for three reasons, the price, works perfect, and looks very good.

The product looks nice n installation is ok if you don’t have a 5 ghz router (wifi setup will take time in that case) but I don’t think it reads temperature accurately. Can’t prove that statement at this time. Yet it stays on a while before the temperature setting is meet but feels colder than what the thermostat is reading. May cause the device to keep running longer than needed. Otherwise you will get a good smart thermostat

Even so people give bad review, i still purchases this thermostat and so far after doing an upgrade wish people complain my is working really good. the only problem i have is that im trying to set schedule time and i don't know how to save. Hopefully it will continue like that.

If you lose power, they may not automatically reconnect. They connected OK when I reset the router later on.

This may be the finest smart thermostat in the world, I'll never know. Website wiring instructions were lacking, took 24 hours to get a response via email (to simply unbridge Rc and Rh, so simple for them to note on website and in their instruction guide). They do not answer their phone, ever. They do not return voicemails either. Couldn't get a simple login setup on Android or on their website. Error responses that made no sense. No email or phone support response. Back to Amazon this thermostat goes. Details and poor planning may well kill this company no matter how good their product is.

Got this thermostat for my birthday 7 months ago I have absolutely loved it. However yesterday I had to uninstalled and reinstall the app so I can control thermostat from my phone! Log in info not working so I called a number and the same lady Answers every time and does not help! I'm very upset and mad. Do not buy if you have internet faster than 2.4

This is a great thermostat easy to hook up. Easy to use. I can check the tempature of my house from anywhere and change it if I need to. I can lock it so the kids can't change the tempature. It is a little smaller then my old one so now I have to paint the wall but I am very happy with my purchase.
