Gritshift light is the same china made light as this one only it has a logo on it, this one is just a cheaper price, the gritshift does come with a longer bolt but instead of going to hardware store to get another, I just bent the stock light tabs a bit and it fit nice and snug, threw some blue loctite and called it a day, but went to turn it on...no light. Turns out the pins are backwards in the connector. Pulled em out and swapped them, plugged back in, and bam. Bright leds are shining! Same output as gritshift. Careful because the plastic housing can get warm. Other than bending the stock tabs by hand and swapping pins which took like 5mins altogether..its worth the saving over the gritshift branded one imo.

I love how bright it is but it could have used a different style for each light one for distance and one for up close. Other than that was super simple to install.

It’s shoddy work. Look close at the pics. The more squared up light was from gritshift. Same amount of LEDs, but output and pattern are not optimal. Yes people will see you, but on the trails there are many better options. This is a piece of crap that will get you through the interim. Perhaps keep as a spare

What a joke these products that do not even fit tjis own is a joke note even a chance to get it to fit! The hardware makes no sense!

Save yourself the trouble later by going ahead and buying a few #10/24 or #10/32 machine screws that are 2 1/2 inches long with locking nuts. The screws provided are not long enough to mount this. Also you have to slightly bend the provided bracket with pliers to make it fit the Sur Ron bracket and have the holes line up just right. After these tweaks, we are happy with the new bright light.

The light work perfect but just not as bright as I thought it should be. Other led light the same size are much brighter.

Have to make a Home Depot trip since this store didn’t provide the right sizing needed.

I bought this for my bike but the light is very bright but the light stops working after a couple weeks because the light over heated but if your willing to buy another then buy this one my honest review 4/10

I recently bought one of these lights thinking it was aluminum and it's actually 3d printer and the plastic is cracked on the front.
