I was driven to use less plastic cause I can go through a number of disposable K cups in a day. It was a challenge to find reusable k-cup method that matched the ease and taste of the disposable k-cups and after numerous trial and error I discovered these reusable k-cups are ideal. They do much better than the plastic hinged type and they are certainly more durable. They are really easy to clean and I have to say they can get hot but you can grab it by the rim and remove. When cleaning sometimes it is a bit challenging getting the lid off so I started to use a pointed wine bottle corker to pry the lid off by inserting the point in the hole. I highly recommend a pointing pryer-offer thingy. Now I just need to figure out the best coffee bean and grind setting.

I like the cover comes totally off. And small holes throughout the whole basket. Seems I get more use of my coffee and the water is not forced through just the middle. I don’t have to use a full scoop now. Also it drops in Keurig any position. My plastic ones only fit certain position. Worth the money.

I much prefer reusable metal cups over the disposal plastic. I have been happy with this brand. What I like most is that the cap starts firmly in place and doesn't slide. What I like least it's that it can be difficult to open the lid because it fits tightly.

These work far better than any other reusable pods I've tried. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the orange paint on the lid started peeling and flaking off after the first use. Thankfully I was able to scrub it off entirely, but not after it flaked off in the machine. They should not waste the time and money painting the lid; it looks great without it.
