Q: Can you control the intensity of the lights?

Yes, this mirror has three controls white, yellow and white with yellow all LED! Switch by using the touch button for one second and it has a delay time in switching LED lights. Long press the touch button to change brightness from light to dark.

Q: Does the stand come off for traveling?

I just bought one of these specifically for traveling (since hotel rooms never have enough light), and once I put it together, I can’t take it apart again. Neither could my spouse. Is there some trick to it that we’re missing? Thanks!

Q: What kind of batteries does this need?

It will take 4 AA batteries but it also runs off USB power, which I like much better than running through batteries.
