Very Cool
I am a Uber driver, I used this to place in my rear window to make me easier to find particularly at night. I like that I can change the message when I like, I have got alot of positive feed back. The only negative I have is alot of the stock graphics don't make alot of sense they are either inappropriate or have odd references so I simply make my own graphics

Great little sign
No matter what you put on this thing it will get attention.I get honks and waves quite often with people pointing at it.I have been followed into parking lots and asked where to get them.Great conversation starter.

Connection
My only dislike is that it always says (engine start) when connected.I hate manually connecting every time I get in my car

Maybe be SCARED OFF BY 3 STARS? Great in theory; okay in practice
I found the product to be very much what I imagined for the most part, but in this review I'm going to focus on the negative. Don't let it scare you away from this device, because as far as I'm aware it still may be the most capable product like this you can find here.I guess let's start from the top. When you first turn the car on and the device receives power, a young woman's voice with a really thick accent says "Engine Start". Every time, and there is no way to disable it.The voice commands are kind of awkward, and are actually my biggest issue with the device. To continue on about the young woman's voice, it will respond to "Hey Carstar", and then in after you give your command it will say "For you, sir, always!" in the same really thick accent. I actually like the accent, but the "For you, sir, always!" gives off oddly sensual vibes and there is no way to disable it.Also, this ain't Alexa, so you can't really say anything you want. You have to say one of maybe 20 or so preset phrases, several of which I have no clue why you would ever say on the road. Example: "fire in the hole!" "give me five" "pretty girl"Now, to the biggest issue with voice commands. When testing it out in my garage it worked perfectly and I was so excited. BUT. If the device is in the back of your car, and you are driving on the road, it WILL NOT hear you even with music off. I have to yell at the *very* top of my lungs to get it to hear me, which just is extremely jolting for passengers haha. Even then, 90% of the time it only hears "hey carstar" and not the second command. When you first turn it on, the screen also does a 2-3 second animation that says CARSTAR LED SCREEN (or something to that effect) and this cannot be disabled or altered. It will also stay saying CARSTAR LED SCREEN until you "send a program" (tell it what to show), there is no way to auto-open it to a certain display."Sending a program" can take up to several minutes if the animation has more than a few frames, so having to manually tell it what to show just to have it take several minutes instead of having it remember what I want is pretty inconvenient. The app is pretty clunky. Poorly translated too, but not too hard to navigate. If I turn the car on and I never previously force quit the app, it will not connect until I have force quit and reopened it.This app would also benefit with a preview of what people were seeing on your screen. There have been times when I thought I was displaying one thing, then when I finally get out of the car and look it says something else because the app is confusing in how it queues and overwrites requests. For all the faults of this device, the competitor's device that I originally wanted and spent so much time researching was almost twice the price and had worse reviews, so maybe the technology just isn't quite there commercially, meaning this one could possibly be the best on the market at the time. Also, the product began malfunctioning upon my third time using it. Support was quick to respond, but luckily the issue resolved itself in the meantime. Since then it has worked great.I think this would be a 4-star, mayyyybe even 5-star device if it could detect the voice commands while on the road. I should also mention that I drive a full electric car-there is no engine noise. RIP gas-powered vehicle users that hope to use this for voice commands on the road.Update: I have been using it a while and haven't heard the voice anymore. I don't remember changing any sort of setting related to this. Also, a lot of the issues I had were actually 100% fixable, but the app was so clunky it was just hard to figure out. And I built my own pc so I'm not exactly technologically inept.I would be updating to 4 stars, but the suction cups are pretty weak. It has fallen twice now when lifting my car door, even with moisture applied, and a few of the LEDs have broken. Maybe 4 stars if you have some stronger mounting solution.

Love the dual support
We have another version of this that only has one suction cup and it worked great but this one has two suction cups and that is even better! This does not flop around or tap the window at all. It feels very securely attached. The app for this works great and is easy to figure out. My only complaint is that that app lets you do 1,3, and 4 lines of text. There is no way to do 2 lines of text... very frustrating. The animated GIF are easy to import along with other static images. The options for text animations are pretty good as well. So far no major issues. I recommend this item.

Won't stay connected via Bluetooth
Connection keeps dropping between phone and screen.
