Ordered these to have on my bronco just incase i need them in an emergency in the winter they are extremely well build vary heavy and solid I had looked at some cheap prinsess auto ones I'm glad I invested alittle more in to these ones and these also have a life time warranty if they snap

After a major snow dump in December ‘21, local streets were barely passable, down to a single open lane with ice covered by snow. Neighbor’s 4WD heavy duty pickup truck (with full size chains on the rear tires)got stuck less than a few hundred yards away from his and our house - where the street slopes upwards toward a T intersection. Truck wouldn’t go forward or backward and would onlyslide sideways into snowbank upon application of throttle. We walked over to the stuck truck with a pair of our visiting daughter’s Maxtrax Mark II mats in hand, and after a little work positioning the mats under the rear wheels our neighbor was able to move uphill and get out of the jam in less than five minutes. With that demonstration, we ordered another pair for ourselves. They really do work, are worth the price, costing way less than the cost of a single tow and a couple hours wait time when everyone else is stuck too.
