JBL is a very good product. Sound quality?Calling quality everything is perfect.But it was not fitting in my ear in any way,so I returned it. And their service is very good. And Amazon's refund service and delivery everything is perfect.

Bad quality. Nit recommended at all
The earphones never had a good quality sound, they were ok since i first used them.In less than 6 months, they stopped connecting to devices, and if they do, you can't hear anything.They were well taken care off and never been subjected to water or sweat.They just stopped working on their own.

Sound is good BUT…..
It was too chunky and big for my ears.Not comfortable to wear coz it keeps falling down from my ears.this is my second time to buy earbuds with other brand and im so desperate to find a better one that can fit on my ears and not falling down..

Everything is fine, but the charging case is a little big. ANC is a disappointing, does not block too much.
