Amazon Basics Rectangular Metal Pegboard Kit – 48 Pieces, Gray

Works great, holds my heavy drills and other power tools with no problem. Looks good and the attachments that come with it are very well made. So much better than any plastic ones I’ve had.

The individual panels are smaller than described as Each panel measures 58x30cm for a closer description. The overall size given later down the page is more accurate.Apart from that they seem good and as described. Some pieces are lose to be held but you can purchase additional peg locks in other packages that match the pegboard.

I like the fact they are metal as I have some of the fibreboard type pegboards in another workshop and these metal ones definitely fee a lot more hardwearing and sturdy. Although a lot smaller than my other pegboards, the size of these metal ones is actually perfect for my sewing room as I actually can't reach any higher than the top due to the width of my workspace underneath! The grey colour is suitably neutral and seems to be a very good finish as I've not managed to scratch it at all while deciding where to put the pegs. They're very easy to install (I did them on my own). The one thing that does let this set down is the vast amount of totally useless pegs that come with it. Luckily I had a lot of spares from my other boards as I simply couldn't use any of the small hooks as they either fall out when removing the item or swing around in all directions so don't look tidy! I'd rather not have any than have useless ones that I can't even repurpose elsewhere without a welder of some sort... a few are useful but I'd rather buy the ones I want/ know are useful for me personally

The boards themselves are good, not the biggest, but once screwed into position they are robust and easy to use, there is ‘however’ though…. As other reviewers have mentioned, the ‘hangers’ are unusable without modification.Left as they are, they fall out of the pegholes if you so much as look at them, let along remove the tool or whatever you have hung from them! So I ended up wrapping some gaffer tape around the ends of each and every hook… once inserted through the hole, the hangers then stay pretty much where you want them to.I think Amazon should take this on board, I’m not the first, and won’t be the last to find this problem.

Installed in minutes with a pz2 impact driver one in each corner onto osb. Excellent service and product.

Great storage for craft rooms

Peg boards are great, slight deflection when screwed in but are good. Fixings are ok. I purchased an extra set from another listing and I am left with loads that are no good but I have accomplished a half decent, organised tool board. Spacing is standard 1inch.

So easy to install. A couple of plug and they simply screw in. My son loved arranging his armoury.
