Q: I purchased these and it doesn’t say if it’s standard or mini. It just says small. Are the smaller standard or mini?

Q: Do these reduce Impact Noise, ie bounding footsteps??

I'm not sure. For me I'm sensitive to sharp noises like beeping and the constant hum of appliances. These block a lot of that for me. I have to say though that they make the construction noises couple blocks away from my home way less noticeable

Q: Does the refund policy listed on the Flare website apply to items purchased on amazon?

I don’t remember but I do remember I got my refund immediately.
