Be Prepared to Scrub
Food sticks to the surface of this particular brasier, which is sold at a discounted price. I think the porcelain is scratched or something. Each and every time I've used it, even after spraying cooking oil onto it, the surface requires soaking and scrubbing with a soft brush to remove char. The cost of brasiers is ridiculously high and this one is somewhat cheaper, but in my opinion from experience with it--wait for a better deal from a different company. Pass this one by.

Excellent braiser
I'm really happy with this Tramontina braiser. The quality is on par with my other enameled cast iron piece, which is a Lodge dutch oven that cost almost twice as much as this one.The cooking surface area is pretty big - I haven't measured it but it seems a little bit bigger than a 12" skillet. The center gets hotter than the outer edges on my electric stovetop (as in the food gets brown more quickly) but I have no problems cooking across the whole surface area. Going from stovetop to oven is really easy too, and I got great results making some braised country style pork ribs this way.Cleanup is really easy too. Enameled cast iron is not true non-stick but the glassy surface cleans up really easily, even after I waited until the next morning to wash my braiser after cooking dinner in it. A quick soak in hot water and using my sink sprayer took care of the mess with minimal scrubbing required. Finally, I love the teal color of this piece and I think it looks great in person. I'd say the color pictured on the box is true to life.I'll update this review with any changes, but so far this braiser is a winner. Recommended!
