I have 4 of these around my property and they have been working perfectly for over 2 months. They are very easy to fit, I fitted them to new doors using an alignment tool bought on Amazon. The latch is adjustable but is not a UK internal door standard so if you already have the holes on your door you may need to uae an alternative latch.

Will die WAY FASTER !!!!!!

Just doorhandle is not worth the money the fingerprint does not work all the time trird to set a code Cord will not stay in owned it for about four months the key will not unlock the door anymore I tell everyone to stay away

I bought this in Apr 2023 and it was super easy to install and use and I loved it but once the battery got low I tried charging it and it does not recharge. So now I have a door knob that does not lock. Very disappointed.

Clear instructions are easy to follow, and everything you need to install this lock is right in the box, except the 4 AAA batteries. You can also connect a micro USB cable with a battery pack in an emergency, and if it all still goes wrong they include a mechanical key, though I doubt you'll ever need it.It's a good, solid lock and can handle up to 50 fingerprints, so there's no need to hand out keys.
