WILL fit the UV-82. Also a great tourniquet pouch!
This is the second one of these that I've ordered. The first I gave away when I gave away my BaoFeng UV-5R+; this pouch currently holds my BaoFeng UV-82. Yes, it fits. It's not even really that tight. If you open the bungees on the pouch all the way to the factory knot, this will accommodate the UV-82 nicely. The pouch doesn't SWALLOW the 82 like it does the UV-5 series (there's about an inch of radio not covered by canvas, but that means the PTT button and the accessory jacks are accessible when the UV 82 is pouched, which I find to be a plus; your experience may vary depending on your expectations). It's a solid pouch, and for the money you can't beat it.UPDATE: I wanted something to hang on my MOLLE gear that was a little bit bigger and could hold more related items, so I traded up to the Condor MOLLE Gadget Pouch. Condor Molle Gadget Pouch (Tan, 6 x 4 x 4-Inch) . Another great Condor pouch, to hold things like batteries, a headlamp and a speaker mic. Now, what to do with this old HHR pouch? How about instead of spending $25 on a MOLLE tourniquet pouch, I re-use this thing that I already have? Brilliant! Fits the Gen 3 SOFTT-W Tourniquet SOFTT-W Tourniquet perfectly! And for what? $9? Another great use for another great pouch.

Good radio pouch.
I used this on my Midland GXT1050 radios. The radio is a perfect fit but the velcro strap is a little too short, it was barely long enough to make contact with the velcro. I was concerned because even the slightest contact when moving through the brush would cause the velcro to let go. I looked on-line and larger pouches were substantially more expensive. So instead I cut the top strap down the middle and sewed on some paracord to extend it. Now it fits perfectly. Please let me be clear that the pouch was not the issue, this was a modification I made to make the pouch fit a radio that was a little larger than it was designed for.

thumbs up
I bought this for my Etrex 10 and it fits perfect. I needed MOLLE and it has it. I can strap it on in numerous places on my Cactus Jack sling bag. The material is pretty light weight (Maxpedition by no means) but I've had really good luck with Condor gear and expect this will be the same as far as life span and overall usability. My only complaint is the velcro closure is large and loud. Overall, I'm happy with the price and product.

Seems well made and is a good fit for the radios I want to use it ...
Seems well made and is a good fit for the radios I want to use it with. Motorola FRS models MT351R and MC225R as well as a Yaesu VX170. Though the one for the Yaesu will need a bit of modification to extend the flap with some bungee cord for a more usable fit and to allow access for the top mounted mic cable. For someone not looking to do any sewing, a quick fix for the Yaesu would have been to simply slit the case flap up the middle so it could straddle the cable.

Three Stars
This pouch is okay, not expecting much for the price but there are a few simple things that would make this product much better. If I had seen a photo of the back of this pouch I might not have bought it. There are only two horizontal strips of molle webbing right next to each other so when rigging the pouch it means that you will only be able to weave one strip of webbing. The addition of a third attachment strip, or even spacing the lower one another 1" down would give a much better weave and a more secure attachment. The velcro on the closure flap seems fine but I'd be happier with a buckle in addition to the velcro. I've rerouted the elastic cord into something a little more secure and user friendly. Perfect size for a Yaesu VX-3R (i.e. it's small).

Fits Boafeng UV-5R perfectly
Bought for a Baofeng UV-5Rv2+Fits perfectly. I see a lot of reviews saying it is a real tight fit with the uv-5r and people saying you have to remove the clip from the radio to get it to fit. This is not the case because the elastic strap can loosen more if you just un-tie the knot. The clasp is strong enough to hold without a knot tied. Now my Baofeng slides In and out smooth. I don't have to cram it in there, even with the mic hooked up. Just don't expect to have an extended battery on it.

... the pouch with the belt clip attached but fits perfect when it's not attached
As others stated the radio will not fit in the pouch with the belt clip attached but fits perfect when it's not attached. I bought these to attach to our hikinh packs and to my Jeep's roll bar. I will have to rig something up to attach it to the roll bar but it fits perfect on our hiking packs. For the price I think I will buy two more and just zip tie them to the Jeep and have the other set on the packs. Great product at a great price!!!!

Does the job.
I attached this to the rear of my tactical vest and used it in conjunction with a Binatone PMR and a cheap throat mic. I found it quite difficult to attach to the molle on my vest because the popper to hold it in place actually folds underneath the bottom molle loop. Once it was on however it was absolutely rock solid. It holds the radio in tightly and it is very easy to wrap excess cable around it. The colour also matches my vest extremely well.Skirmishing can be really rough on your gear but I expect this to stand up to the job nicely.

Good value for money, well made
Well made and sturdy, shame it doesn't have a mesh bit so the speaker is louder

Condor radio pouch...
Perfect size to keep a compact PRR secure & safe, with good size retention flap. Single molle mount means it will fit pretty much anywhere. Typical Condor quality means it will last. Well worth it....
