I love this product so much
I have been wanting one of these for years but just didn't want to spend the money. When we recently moved to a much smaller kitchen with VERY LITTLE counter space, it suddenly became an absolute necessity. I couldn't forfeit the counter real estate for a dish drainer any longer. I have to say, I was in love from day one!!! It fits so much and makes my sink area look neat and tidy. I love having a spot for the soap dispenser and scrubbing wand and sponges, no more clutter by the faucet. The hanging hooks are wonderful for hanging all the larger cooking utensils. In accordance with other reviewers, I will echo that the suction cups are relatively useless. However, it doesn't appear to be an issue as far as stability goes. I haven't had any problems. My sink is on the high end of the length capacity, but according to measurements should have been able to fit. However, in order to have the legs outside the sink area it was stretched beyond the stop marker on the bars and it was bowing a bit in the middle. So I just adjusted it a little narrower and it now sits on the edge of the actual sink basin, which hasn't seemed to cause any stability issues either, so it's fine. And now it doesn't bow in the middle anymore. It handles a surprising amount of weight! Would definitely recommend and say it's worth the expense.

Overall a good purchase
Pros: fast delivery and light weight design. Product works as intended with a few caveats.Cons: I found assembly to be very frustrating as I couldn’t get the pieces to fit inside one another and ended up really scratching them up before they would actually fit. The suction cups were bent when they arrived so they didn’t really sit flush on the counter but the weight of the whole unit holds it in place nicely.Other thoughts: I had to rearrange the compartments differently because my kitchen sink has a spray nozzle that was not pictured in any of the advertisements and I didn’t think of it when I purchased it. I also find the compartment that is supposed to be for bowls doesn’t have deep enough wells to fit the bowls in them so they don’t really “stack up” that great.Overall this is a really great space saver and I like having the product. I was looking for one for a while and am happy, after some initial set up frustration, to have this one.

Absolutely AMAZING! I don't hate dishes now!
This thing is the best purchase I've made in a long time! We have an old 1930s home and the sink is tiny, and traditional dish racks are just too small. Well, this rack changed that completely! It holds SOOO much, and it is STRONG. I have loaded it up with heavy glass plates and glasses, and I haven't had any issue at all. It's sturdiness is crazy for as easy as it is to put togerher! The suction cups are not useful for suction, but they do keep the unit from sliding on the counters.Another great thing, it drains directly into the sink so you don't get water buildup and mold to clean like the cheap plastic dry racks. If you are thinking, oh is it really worth $50+ for a dish rack?? It is, trust me. You won't regret it!

Best used by few people
My family and I just moved into a new place with no dishwasher, and in order to conserve space we purchased this dish rack. I used it for the first time today. Unfortunately, it didn’t have the space necessary for a full sink load of our dishes. Of course, if you are the kind of person who washes up directly after preparing and eating meals instead of waiting until your sink is full of dishes then this won’t be a problem for you. But also, the design is lacking somewhat in functionality. The 4 prongs that stick up on the side for glasses are so close together that you can only fit 4 juice glasses (or kid-sized cups); anything larger and there is not enough space for more than 3. Underneath there are 4 more prongs, but in addition to the same problem they also stick out at such a low angle that I wouldn’t dare put any breakable glasses on them, and in fact, anything heavier than a plastic cup (and even large plastic cups) would fall either way. The rack comes with baskets that are labeled specifically for dishes and bowls, but there is nothing for mugs (which we have a lot of). The hooks are not meant for this purpose (not sturdy enough, and mugs would hang at the wrong angle so water wouldn’t drip out). The solution is to use whatever space you have left over in the dish and/or bowl racks (if you have space left over - again, maybe not a problem for people who do their dishes throughout the day instead of letting them pile up, and maybe it’s better for a single person/ couple of roommates / small family than it is for a family of 5, generally speaking). Still far better than having to dry every dish by hand though.

Works okay for light items
Loading up the upper drying trays tend to bow the trays down as there are no supports really to keep it staying up. I'd advise against putting anything heavy like cast iron or a dutch oven on it.Also the hooks are fairly flimsy and you can bend it with your hand which can be a good or bad thing as you can adjust the angle of it if needed but also doesn't feel like it'd can handle anything substantial.Otherwise it works fairly well and saves a good amount of space.
