the supplier not good at responding
we purchased 2 - both easy to install - one, after being on an hour or so the fan turns itself on and cannot be controlled by the remote control (it is noisy) eventually the supplier sent us a motor that will cure this from happening - when we eventually installed it - now as soon as we turn on the light, the fan comes on as well and cannot be controlled! Firstly not a good pair in one room and secondly not as sold, thirdly the supplier takes soo long to respond - thirdly and more disappointing Amazon not interested as it has been going on too long - DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS AND LOTS OF TIME
