Started having issues before it was even a year old. Completely stopped working a little after a year of owning. Charging port is warm to the touch - safety and fire hazard! Company tells us it is Amazon’s problem and Amazon won’t do anything since it’s outside of its return window. What a waste of over $250!

This product is great while it works, but it doesn’t work for long. I loved everything about this monitor, but had to replace the first after 6 months and now the second one has mysteriously died and I will not be replacing it with this monitor. Mine is just one camera and one monitor.

Please don’t order anything from vava. Myself at at least hundreds of others have attempted to use their warranty and return policy and they will not honor. Read the better business bureau reviews of them and do NOT SUPPORT THEM. We are all out hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

So disappointed! It worked less than a year and we didn’t get a refund or replacement. Such terrible customer service too. Don’t waste your money!
