Works great for our recreational use
We use this for the beach and the community pool. Easily fits a case of cans with room for ice/ice packs and a few snacks on top. Good for packing the fixings for an entire lunch for a family of four. We have put actual ice in it, spent the afternoon at the pool and no water leaks, with standing water at the bottom. Does a pretty good job of standing upright, depends on how you pack it. Does a good job of keeping cold for a couple hours as long as you use enough cold packs, easy to transport and comfortable enough with the backpack feature. It frees up your hands to wrangle your kids. I would recommend to others for similar use.

Our New Goto Bag
The media could not be loaded. We bought this bag to replace our smaller over the shoulder cooler and couldn’t be happier! This bag fits everything that we normally take to the beach and pool and then some! The bag is perfect with a huge cold section that we load up with drink and ice and then have our chilled food on the top. The zippers around this section really set this bag apart from our other bag by creating a seal around the compartment. The top pocket for our dry food is slightly bigger than our other bag, but is managed by an easier zipper. The two pockets on the sides are great as we are always lugging along two water bottles for our kids along with room for two other bottles as well. The straps and padding on the back are comfy enough to wear this on a long hike with no problems! One of the biggest things that surprised my husband about this bag was the included multi-tool that was conveniently hidden on the strap with everything you’d need in an emergency situation. This bag has been fantastic on our most recent trips and we are looking forward to using it from here on out where ever we go!

Cute and durable
I waited a couple of months using it to write a real experience review and this backpack is the real deal. I use it at the beach, pool, games… and it keeps the ice without melting it even in Florida’s summer. Great material, works as supposed, when empty it folds in a way that is super easy to put it away and doesn’t take much space. Everybody asks me where I got it so if u need a backpack cooler go for it!

Entirely worth the price!
I rarely ever write reviews but this thing is amazing! It’s massive! I have two boys (4 and 1) who are always on the go. This cooler bag has turned into our “go bag.” It fits plenty of ice packs, food and drinks for 4, stays ice cold for hours and there are tons of other pockets. We have condensed what used to be 3 bags for the beach into this bag; it fits diapers, wipes, extra clothes, all the food, keys and change. This is our main bag now whether it’s for the beach, bike path, hanging at the pool or just playing in the yard. Definitely worth the price.

IRRITATING. Poor workmanship. Stitch seams snap.
The backpack cooler arrived yesterday, just in time for my trip to the beach this morning. It worked to hold everything I need in the side and top pockets. Sunscreen, bug spray (Oregon), insulated water bottle, keys, wallet, self care wipes (Dudewipes are the best), folding digging trowel (get 200 feet from water, and dig a hole at least 6 inches deep before doing the doo doo), etc. in the insulated area, I loaded 4 - 4”x8”x1” ice packs, 2 standard bottles of cider, 2 twenty oz. sodas, 2 - 4” x 4” containers of cut up fruit, and a sandwich in a quart zip seal bag, with a small bag of chips. Considering this bag is being sold to carry 49 - 12oz. cans, it was still at 1/3 weight capacity. At this point, I pulled on the top carrying strap sewn between the back pack straps to align the zipper for easier closing. AS SOON AS the strap was under pressure, stitches started popping. Since it was already packed and I didn’t have a substitute, I used it today. Those were not the only stitches to pop loose today. It’s already empty and ready for return. Even if it were half this price, of it doesn’t work, it’s not worth anything at all.
