the maple ones are definitely the best. the cinnamon ones kinda taste like they're burnt. my FAVORITE kind of keto/sugar free food is the kind that makes you feel guilty for eating it because it feels like a high sugar food, even tho it isnt. and this is definitely that. these literally taste like regular maple candied nuts you would get from a store. they are SO good. the maple flavoring kinda reminds me of the same maple from the eggo cereal. its genuinely delicious and ill most likely continue to buy these!

It had two different sugars in it. One was an alcohol sugar which is what I did not like. The other sugar was fine.

A bit disappointed in product based on other Lankato products we have purchased - A bit stale and old tasting even though product was still in expiration date range - Maybe this was just a bad run

Yum! I am on the candida diet, and wanted a snack sooo bad. No sugar, no corn chips, no potato chips, etc. There is needfully a very limited list of what I can eat as I try to regain my health. I found this product on Amazon and it, as far as I know, is ok for the diet. They are good. My hubby tasted them as well and he is picky, but was really impressed. A yummy healthful snack I highly recommend!
