Multiple Screens. High Quality. Easy Setup. Highly Recommend.
The ultimate docking station - period! I got this because I needed multiple screen capability and a way to get rid of the rats nest of wires and USB hubs I had on my desk. Quick note, make sure your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C 3.1 Gen 2. My laptop was not in the list of laptops (they keep updating) so I checked to make sure mine had either and it did - Thunderbolt 3. And it worked great.Quick side note - construction of the docking station is excellent. Not some cheap plastic. Nice to see some companies still build things to last!Since I use a laptop as my main computer, the single connection this docking station provides to everything else makes it easy to unplug and go!!! Really convenient! This also allowed me to wire in to my router versus using wifi which was an unexpected bonus. My laptop does not have the RJ45 port (like most these days). And now my Yeti mic, external USB backup and Logitech keyboard and mouse are all connected through the docking station with still ports available to grow. My laptop only had 2 USB ports, so now I can permanently connect my USB DVD drive too. Another bonus, an SD card (no port on my laptop for that either).Quality of the screens are great. One of my screens is a 39" ultra-wide - no issues at all. It was out of the box plug and play. I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 running Windows 10. I have attached pics to see my setup - using extended screens. This could add a 4th screen if I needed. Note you need an AMD graphics card, Intel will not support the 4th. I see in the manual it supports Apple as well. My designer uses an Apple so will see how this works on hers as she was thinking of getting multiple screens with her setup. I'll do a follow-up on how that goes.

Mac Users Beware - Only Drives 3 Discrete Screens
This is my second UtechSmart dock, and my second attempt to drive 3 4K screens + my MacBook Pro display. According to everything the company has provided, as well as the video on Amazon's site, this should work. (It should have worked with the previous model, too...and did not.) I tried every cable configuration imaginable, and all three screens work if only two are connected. As soon as I connect the third, It begins duplicating the content between screens 2 and 3. I've tried separate power bricks, cables, etc. Bottom line, Mac users get two discrete displays and one display duplicated...which isn't very helpful. Also, shame on Amazon - this came with no shipping box at all, just an open product box with a shipping label attached, and obviously having been used before. (None of the cables were packaged properly, and the plastic bag inside was askew.) So, it would have gone back either way - I don't pay full price for used products - but it didn't serve its technical function either. If you just need two external displays, it works fine. For three...keep looking.

Connections for everything and solidly built
Just received this and started using it today with my MacBook Pro. It's very simple to setup and has a port for everything. I was able to plug all of my monitors and accessories in at once. Feels very solidly constructed and really simplified the cable situation on my desk.

Two of these fried after a month of use
I ordered two of these docking stations during Prime Day deals, from Warehouse. One is still going strong, driving a MS Surface via PD and connecting USB keyboard, mouse, speaker, external webcam, and two monitors. The second connected my 2018 Macbook Pro and a similar load of devices; nothing unusual. It performed well... for about 3-4 weeks; I got ready to work one Monday and... nothing. Even the laptop was out of juice. Dock was dead.Fast forward about a month. I returned it (barely within the return window!) and ordered a replacement as well as a higher-rated power supply just to be safe. All was well again... until about an hour ago. This time I got to see the event, live. MacOS started reporting USB devices using too much power, telling me to disconnect the offending device. Monitors disconnected, along with mouse and keyboard. Then the power light went out on the unit, and I have not been able to reset it.I'm done with this brand / model. Hopefully the dock keeps working on GF's Surface.

i wanted to love this
I currently use the same brand but the thin form factor triple monitor dock that lets me do three monitors plus my laptop at 1920x1080.I purchased this one because of the audio inputs additional USB inputs and the larger form factor plus the longer USB cable and dual USB cable that came with it giving me more versatilityit did 98% of what I wanted it to but that 2% was the most important part which was to have four external monitors at 1920 by 1080. I was able to connect and use all four external monitors plus my laptop screen the biggest problem was one of the monitors always had to be 640x480.no matter what settings I used or what program I tried to use to change or adjust it I tried multiple different monitors with different cables nothing would let me change it from 6:40 by 480.I am running Windows 11 on a Dell Inspiron 1555 10 with Thunderbolt 4 port. this computer meets all the specs to be able to do what you text said it could do but it would not under any circumstances make the fourth monitor what I wanted it to be.the reason I made it four stars instead of five and waited to write this review after I returned it is because I sent a detailed email to their tech support explaining my setup what I had what I was using it for and how I was using it and after 3 weeks I still never received a response that is why it is only two stars for tech support the four stars for the product.
