The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is that the thin plastic "teeth" on each end broke immediately after one drop. I superglued them back on partially because OCD and partially because I love this comb. As a professional groomer, I want each experience to be a pleasant as possible for the pups in my care, so when I heard about the rotating tooth comb I bought this one to try it. It glides through coats and I feel it is gentler for detangling, making everyone happier during the process.Always consult a professional groomer before dematting your pet at home.

I had a similar comb to this, but this one is much larger. Seems more dog size rather than for cats. I like the rotating teeth, it helps move through tangles without pulling too much. The teeth art pointy but not sharp

I've used these 360 degree combs for my Himalayan/Persian cats who have to be combed frequently for years. This is the only comb I will use on their fur as it removes the excess hair and mats a lot easier with less pain than the other combs. Why the pet stores don't carry them is beyond my comprehension but since they are so hard to find I will continue to order them from Amazon. Just to clarify: They are sturdy and don't fall apart on regular use. I have given them to my children for their long haired cats, and have to replace them.

Well, I wanted a grooming comb for my long-haired dog. This is more like a flea comb on his hair, so I gave it to my daughter for her shorthair.

I highly recommend this comb. I have had many different long haired breeds and no comb has ever done the job like this one, it glides right through the coat. It looks really cheap but once I started using it I have never had a comb this good! Love it! I had to order two more for friends!

This comb doesn't work as well as I would have liked on our dogs. It is just ok.

Love this comb for grooming our shih tzu. Recently lost my other comb with rotating teeth. They last forever, the previous one I had for about 10-12 years. I prefer using this comb instead of brush, works better for me.

I like the rotating teeth; it doesn’t pull on the hair like other combs therefore it doesn’t hurt your best friend.
