Its a hard rubber, had to use a flathead screwdriver to open my kids. Thenbits just as hard to put back in.

It’s soft plastic and my 8 year old grandson remove it without problems.

No the legs do not move it gets heavy if full so probably good they don’t or it might not stand.

Cute and lightweight

This is the cutest gift I have found in a while for my kids. They absolutely love it! It is lightweight so they can carry it around all over the place. I read some of the reviews before I bought this and they said the bottom was hard to remove and replace...... My kids showed me how to do it! It was rly easy and I was rly glad cuz my kids love counting their money over and over again. It seems really durable as well!
