this type of knife was something i’ve wanted for years, but could not justify spending $80-$100 on a single knife. this knife was an incredible value, the quality of the craftsmanship shows in the blade and in the handle, makes my vintage Henckel knives look cheap, the blade is thick and durable, and cuts through raw meat like butter. the grip makes it easy to use, and its sharpness allows me to cut thin slices accurately.

Yes, the knife is really good quality. The only thing pulling the blade out and putting the blade back in the material inside the blade cover stops the blade from not going back in all the way would like to get a new cover so do I go about that

Cuts meat like butter.Not sure why we waited as long as we did to get a good meat knife like this.Have used it with brisket, tri-tip and turkey and you get nice clean, even cuts instead of hacking the meat to pieces like we tended to do before with inferior knives.
